Cozumel 

island is home to several beautiful beaches which is amazing since the

Island

is so small! The entire coast is lined with deserted beaches divided in half. One side is like a ghost town while the other is part of the all-inclusive resort package where most people come on holiday. 
 

Cozumel

is not the authentic Mexico given it has been designed around tourists. Even the port is home to traders who sell their crafts, such as jewelry.

The water is ice-blue and crystal clear, but cold.

Oddly enough, this is the color of the water only on side of the island. The water on the other side of the island is a deeper blue.

The local airfield is also a local attraction:


Crocodiles inhabit the water: 

Cozumel beaches - The only hotel seen on the coastline.

The Cozumel beaches are beautiful, but visitors can also visit the pyramids in Tulum.
