Royal Caribbean International has just announced details on another ship’s refurbishment, and it seems that our exploration of new destinations is going to become even more exciting. The company’s

Explorer of the Seas

is scheduled to undergo a $110 million renovation before her 2020 Eastern Mediterranean season.

As a result of the refurbishment, the liner will get new waterslides, a reimagined pool area, new dining venues, including a pool bar, Giovanni’s Italian Kitchen, Starbucks, and others, as well as laser tag, redesigned areas for kids and teens, and many other exciting surprises.
Explorer of the Seas will depart on her maiden cruise after the massive renovation on 5/7/20. She is going to take her guests to the welcoming ports of Italy, Greece, Turkey, and other countries during various 7- and 9-night voyages from Rome (Civitavecchia).
