Florida, Miami. P1

During our trip, we decided to settle in one of the local condominiums.
So we choose this place because we didn’t like the more tourist-driven areas of

South Beach

, or, what is worse,

Ocean Drive

Coconut Grove

discouraged us with its high crime rates, and it was also too far from any of the beaches.
We wanted somewhere that was close to the ocean and safe.
The place we chose turned out to be not very safe, but it was close to everything. During our trip, we didn’t rent a car and that was something we ended up regretting. If you choose to rent a car, you will save money and your nerves! This is because there are a lot of places where buses don't operate, forcing you to take a taxi that are generally in poor condition.
1florida-miami.jpg2florida-miami.jpg3florida-miami.jpgI forgot to mention the biggest advantage of Florida, for us – during the day, the air and water temperature is 77 degrees F (25 degrees C), 68 degrees F (20 degrees C) in the evening and 59 degrees F (15 degrees C) at night. The water was about 78 degrees F (26 degrees C). The weather was just perfect!
Because of this wonderful weather , we passed on visiting Thailand, Goa and other Asian countries . . . we are not fans of the extreme heat and humidity.
This trip was definitely more relaxed because we had no plans, nor were we in a hurry to go anywhere. It was great!
Here's the second part of my review.
