Several inspiring cruise events took place in the last weeks. We’ll share them here... in case you missed them. So...

Silversea Cruises greeted Silver Origin in its family, the company’s 1st destination-specific cruise liner. The ceremony was held at Dutch shipyard De Hoop on June 3, 2020.
We remind you that the all-suite, all-balcony, 100-guest liner will operate Galapagos Islands voyages. The vessel is expected to welcome travelers from August 2020.

On June 11, 2020, Viking Ocean Cruises and Fincantieri celebrated the float out of the company’s seventh representative, Viking Venus. The vessel touched the water in Ancona, Italy.
The 47,800-ton Viking Venus with a capacity of 930 passengers is planned to start her cruise career in early 2021. The vessel will spend her inaugural season in the Mediterranean and Northern Europe.

Another new cruise ship that hit the water these days is Valiant Lady. Virgin Voyages’ second member was floated out at Fincantieri shipyard in Sestri Ponente, Italy. 110,000-ton vessel with a capacity of 2,700 cruise lovers is expected to enter service in May 2021.
