Jewel of the Seas
Jack loves to take pictures of cruise ships and post them on his Instagram Profile (@cruising_ships). And you know what? We always can’t wait to see his next shots because they make us dreaming of the future cruises.
We asked Jack several questions, and here’s what he told us…
When was your first cruise? How many cruises have you been on?
My first cruise was on Voyager of the Seas in 2003. Since then I’ve been on 12 more.
Harmony of the Seas
What are your favorite cruise lines and ships?
My favorite cruise line is definitely Royal Caribbean.
My favorite ship is Adventure of the Seas. I love sailing out of San Juan because you get to be in port almost every day. And those Southern Caribbean ports are sick!
Adventure of the Seas is great because it’s a perfect size. You get the FlowRider, the Slides, and the Promenade. But it’s not overwhelming and busy.
Adventure of the Seas and Viking Sea in St. Lucia
So we can see that Southern Caribbean is your favorite destination, right? And what destination is on your bucket list?
Top of the bucket list for me is definitely Greece and Croatia.
What was a reason for you to become a cruise blogger? How long have you been doing this?
I started almost 3 years ago, and for me, I just really wanted to share my photos. I’m so glad I did because I’ve learned so much since then about cruises and social media, and it’s been overall a great experience.
What inspires you to take such beautiful pictures?
I guess I just really love the different designs and just how enormous cruise ships are and I love capturing it in photos.
What advice do you have for our readers and us?
I guess just don’t try to get everything done and see everything at the ports, your tire yourself out. Just relax and go with the flow, your trip will be a lot more relaxed that way. If you don’t get around to everything big deal! Cruises are supposed to be chill, so enjoy the time away from regular life.
We thank Jack for his story and great advice and wish him many breathtaking moments ahead!
