Nha Trang. Bai Dai

20 km southward of

Nha Trang

, there is a beach called Bai Dai which means "long beach".1bai-dai-nha-trang.jpg2bai-dai-nha-trang.jpg
It was impossible to get to the beach until 2004 as it was occupied by the military.
There are 8 miles (13 km) from the beginning of the beach to Cam Ranh International Airport, and the beach goes even further. Bai Dai is huge, about 11 miles (18 km) long.

This beach is not very clean because it's wild. There are no sun beds and beach umbrellas.

But there is a cafe with a huge selection of seafood. It is a self-made construction. At the time of our arrival, it was the only one. Apparently, it was not the season.

We didn't even swim at this beach because there were a strong wind and waves. But the beach is worth visiting during the season when there are no waves, and if you like solitude!
