 open from the observation deck at the 

peak of Victoria and

 from the 

Avenue of Stars 

in Kowloon.
The weather was foggy during our visit.

However, the laser show did not happen this weekend due to the fog, but the skyscrapers of Hong Kong seemed unusually bright at night even without lasers.
