Norwegian Cruise Line Celebrates Norwegian Encore Steel Cutting

Norwegian Cruise Line’s Breakaway Plus family of cruise liners will get its fourth (and last) member soon! Yesterday, on January 31, Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd. and Meyer Werft authorities cut the 1st steel for the cruise line’s upcoming

The vessel will have a tonnage of approximately 167,800 GT and will accommodate 4,000 cruise lovers. She’ll be homeported in Miami and will operate 7 Day Caribbean sailings offering her guests innovative attractions, fantastic performance, fine cuisine, and exciting adventures.
Norwegian Encore is being under construction at Meyer Werft dock in Papenburg, Germany. The liner is expected to join the NCL’s fleet on October 31, 2019.
The company is going to open reservations for Norwegian Encore cruises already in March 2018.
