Park of Harry Potter

Sergey Dolya • 4 minutes read • October 15th, 2015

is primarily famous for its Cape Canaveral, where space shuttles are launched, and themed amusement parks. There is DisneyWorld, SeaWorld,

Universal Studios Orlando

Universal's Islands of Adventure

, and others. Recently, a new section dedicated to Harry Potter was opened in the Islands of Adventure Park, where I went. By the way, this is the only place in the world where you can drink real Butter Beer, which I did. The drink is non-alcoholic. Tastes like a Root Beer, and its covered with a thick froth of whipped cream:

If the rest of the Park was deserted, and Harry Potter's part was overcrowded:

To get into the gift shop with wands, you need to stand in a line for at least an hour:

The park has 2 'roller coasters'. One is hidden inside the castle, and the other is mounted directly above the heads of the visitors:

Actually, the territory given to Harry Potter was quite small. Around the corner was Jurassic Park:

It is exactly the same as in LA:

Another couple of shots from other parts of the Park:

Captain America was finding out if the boy had completed his lessons before coming to the Park:

In Orlando I had only one day (to visit my brother), and together with my nephew and nieces, I went to a kid's birthday party. It was held on a go-kart track:

Nearby, there was a table with food for children and their parents:

They were driving one by one. While some were driving, others were eating cake shaped like a racing car:

The whole event lasted an hour and a half. During this time, my family managed to drive five times.
