1shopping-in-rome-italy.jpgWhen our ship docked at the port of Civitavecchia in Rome, we already had a certain plan.

Honestly, I adore this city. I admire its stunning history, preserved in a delightful architecture and small streets with their cozy restaurants.

In Rome, of course, there is still Via del Corso with its adjacent alleys. The best shops are located there.
2shopping-in-rome-italy.jpgMany believe that Milan is the capital fashion of Italy, but I would argue with this. Traveling to different cities of Italy, I would rather call Florence to be the most fashionable city with its delightful shops and luxurious outlets.

In general, there are many interesting cities in Italy, and in each of them, you can do a great shopping. You can do it in Rome as well.
3shopping-in-rome-italy.jpgI could tell a lot about shops, which you can find in this city, but I would like to focus only on what I remembered personally.
4shopping-in-rome-italy.jpgGood shirts can be bought here:
5shopping-in-rome-italy.jpg"7 Camicie" address: Via del Corso, 101 - Roma - Italy

You definitely should go to this store if you are looking for really good and unusual shirts.

«Marcello» address: Via dei Condotti, 47/a

In this small but cozy store, you can buy elegant shirts, as well as good Italian ties.

Where can you buy the best jeans?

In this store, you will immediately be met by consultants who will help you find the jeans that suit you.

Women shall definitely visit the following stores:

"Sportstaff" address: Via del Corso, 172/A, Piazza di Spagna, 86, Viale Libia, 92, Via Palazzo 103.

There you can find basic clothes, which every woman shall have in the wardrobe (cardigans, capes, coats, dress-cases, office dresses and suits (for example, during sales, an excellent wool coat can be bought for 80 euros, as of 2011)).

"Patrizia Pepe" address: Via Frattina  44

Excellent store with elegant women's clothing and favorable prices.
8shopping-in-rome-italy.jpg"Stefanel" addresses: Via del Corso, 122, Via Frattina, 31, Via Nazionale, 57, Via Cola di Rienzo, 223, Piazza Venezia, 5, Via Vincenzo Lamaro, Via Mario Rigamonti.

This brand is known for its high-quality knitwear. Depending on the collection, you can find different things there.

You can also visit these shops: Liu jo, Max&Co, Flavio Castellani... Castellani...
9shopping-in-rome-italy.jpgA special mention deserves a fabulous outlet "Castel Romano Designer Outlet", which is located near Rome at the address: Via Ponte di Piscina Cupa, 64.
Working hours: Mon-Thu 10 a.m. - 8 p.m., Fri-Sat10 a.m. - 9 p.m.
10shopping-in-rome-italy.jpgHere you will find a huge number of branded boutiques. The prices here are pleasantly surprising. In addition to low prices, there is a "tax refund". This means that 12%-18% VAT  will be deducted (if you wish) from of the amount that you pay for the clothes. Is not it wonderful?
11shopping-in-rome-italy.jpgIn general, there are good stores in Rome, where you can buy clothes. Having had very little time, we managed to visit all the stores that we planned to visit.
