We continue our walk around

Stockholm

(Sweden. Stockholm. P.1). Of course, every capital has so many interesting things that it's impossible to see everything in one day. Well, let's visit at least some of them :)
This is the

Riddarholm Church

on Riddarholmen Island.

There is a spire of the Riddarholm Church on the left, the tower of Stockholm City Hall on the right. You can see two towers in the distance in the middle.

This is the church called

Högalidskyrkan

, it was built in 1916.

This is the building of the Riksdag, the Swedish Parliament, situated on the island of Helgeandsholmen.

This is the Royal Palace - the current residence of the royal family.

This is Stockholm City Hall.

It was built in 1923. The City Hall tower has a height of 106 meters and three crowns. An annual entertainment for the Nobel prizemen is given here.

Here's already the Riddarholm Church ahead.

It was built in the 13th century. It is the burial church of the Swedish kings.

You can see the St. Nicholas church in a narrow street. Swedish rulers were crowned in it.

This is the House of Nobility built in the 17th century. Now the Swedish nobility meetings take place here.

We are going past the Riddarholm Church.

This is the Petersen House built in 1659. In 1757 the house was bought from the King by the trader Herman Petersen. Herman Petersen's family still owns the house.

We turned onto the narrow street. You can see the German Church or St. Gertrude's Church in the distance.
