The island of St. Thomas. Ocean Park. P.4.

At 2 p.m. in

Coral World Ocean Park

, there was a show performed by sea lions.

There were aquariums in the pavilion where the entertainment takes place.

What a moray!

The aquariums showed what happens at the bottom of the sea as a result of human activity...

And here the lions were coming out! The room was dark, so the photos are the same.

There were four sea lions in total. Two of them performed. They were 9-years-old. They had been trained starting at 6 months old and they learned fast. One simple trick takes about two weeks to learn.

Spectators were separated from the performers by a chain.

The show ended.

We had a little walk around the aquarium.

I forgot the name of this fish. But it is poisonous, I suppose.

Looking out of their burrows.

The only things that can be found at the bottom of the sea!

Then we went to feed the stingrays.
