The island of St. Thomas. Ocean Park. P.5.

At 2.30 p.m., we fed the stingrays in the outdoor pool. Everyone has the chance to participate! Those who wanted to were given pieces of fish.
There were not many people.

Stingrays hid in the shadows. It turns out they tan in the sun. And being tanned means they are easily spotted by sharks.

Stingrays have a poisonous barb on their tail, for protection. When the stingrays grow up, they are released into the sea.

Stingrays swam on their own to the side, waiting to be fed.

Of course, there was still more to see at

Coral World Ocean Park

, according to the map. But we only had an hour before departure and we wanted to swim. Moreover, the beach was nearby.

And we went to the exit.

Exit is through the shop, as usual!

Ocean Park

 was left behind.

And here's the beach.
